- The Pride of *E* -
Much like the *E*Old Guard, the *E*Guard was created to recognize the devotion and dedication of team members after six months of service with the Equilizers. It is fully expected that all *E* members show the highest level of respect to Old Guard members. The *E*OG tag is a huge achievement and will be respected as such. While *E* does not operate on a "rank" basis, the Old Guard members should be respected as senior members. Guard's can not participate in any rival squadron for security reasons. The Creation of the Guard is *E*'s way of saying, "Thank you for your effort, time, success, participation, and dedication to our family of players". After a year of service to *E*, Guard members are eligible for a vote by the Old Guard. A unanimous vote by all present members of the Old Guard is required for entrance into the Old Guard.
